<p>That’s a good question. I still haven’t found a good, safe way to do it. I guess donating it is probably the best option. Or maybe just using it on a server where you keep it off most of the time and only pop it on when there’s a problem.</p>

<p>I have not looked at an lcd that gets the same rich color contrast as a crt. Colors that are real close end up washed out, like #f1f1f1 on top of #ffffff.</p>
